We want you to love your Doux experience, but if a product isn't the right fit for your curls, we accept returns of lightly used items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small restocking fee may apply to processed returns.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.
Pack It Up
Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your return authorization email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Get Refunded
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
